Het was lang stil rondom EA's Managersgame Total Club Manager, maar nu is er weer een update: de USA Megapatch v1.0. Een update van de Amerikaanse Major League Soccer. Features lijst:

- Includes all 12 MLS teams (10 teams from '04 season + Chivas USA and Real Salt Lake)
- Team Badges for all MLS squads
- Accurate Kits for MLS squads
- 33 game TCM regular season
- Lamar Hunt US Open Cup
- Team rosters updated to reflect attributes given to players in FIFA 2005
- Accurate club information including coaches and board members
- All 11 MLS stadiums (Chivas and Galaxy share Home Depot Center) accurately representing the likeness of each real life stadium.
- Updated Referee List
- Former Head Coaches available for hire
- Salaries, Transfer rates, and Attendance comparable to regular MLS season stats
